Institutional Policies

Baby Earth is happy to work with institutional customers and we are dedicated to providing your organization with top quality products at great prices that meet your specific needs. When possible, we offer special pricing, and we work directly with manufacturers to satisfy your requests. Your Institutional Sales Representative is Leo Bingley, and you can reach him at 

Price and shipping costs are based on the factors of individual orders, including but not limited to manufacturer, quantity, availability and location. Certain items may not be available for additional discounts. Our standard free shipping on all orders over $99 may or may not apply, depending on item quantity, size and weight. 

We accept payment via credit card or check. Terms are available upon request and are subject to approval. Small orders for items we currently have in stock can be placed directly through our website,, or a purchase order. Special orders are accepted by purchase order only. Please fax all purchase orders to 512-233-2890, Attention: Leo Bingley. Please do not send in purchase orders without prior contact with one of our sales representatives. 

Purchase Orders 
Purchase orders should include the following information:

  • Printed company name, address and telephone number
  • Company contact person
  • Copy of your tax exemption certificate
  • Correct billing information, including a phone number, should be provided for payment confirmation
  • Individuals with a child care or foster care center should provide a copy of their license to be verified through the state or should place their order through a verifiable government agency
For Credit Card Payment 
Please include the following information:
  • Type of Card
  • Card Number
  • Card Expiration
  • Identification Number
  • Name & Address where the card billing statement goes

For Payment with Check

Include a copy of your purchase order, and a contact name and email so we can confirm receipt of the check 

SHIPPING Orders will ship from Oregon, or in some cases, directly from the manufacturer. Lead and transit times may vary, and your Institutional Sales Representative will be able to give you a more specific time frame. We will always work to get you the best possible freight rate. 

RETURNS Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, and our standard return policies apply. Any defective items will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. Certain special order items may not be returnable. Before returning any item, please contact your Institutional Sales Representative, Leo at for authorization and approval.
