Cookies Made with Baby Food

Beech-Nut recently released a perfect cookie recipe for the holidays (or any day): buttery cookies made with their Just Pear & Blueberry baby food. The recipe is an easy one that makes approximately forty-eight cookies.
These are fingerprint cookies, with a filling of baby food (mixed with sugar). The baker presses their thumb into the center of the cookie once it's spread on the cookie sheet and pours the baby food mixture in. The recipe is simple to make: the other ingredients are butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour, salt, and confectioner's sugar.
Beech-Nut has created a clever recipe that uses their baby products in a festive way. Click here for the recipe.
