Mark Zuckerberg recently shared his wife's sleep struggles and a solution he created for her.
According to Zuckerberg, checking her phone during the night to see the time stresses his wife Priscilla, preventing her from going back to sleep (Parents). Zuckerberg and his wife have two small daughters, who may wake early and need a parent to check on them.
So the co-founder of Facebook created a "sleep box" so that his wife doesn't need to check her phone. The wooden box sits on her nightstand and emits a faint light between 6:00 and 7:00 AM. It won't wake her if she is still asleep, according to Parents, but it's "visible enough that if she sees it she'll know it's an okay time for one of us to get the kids."

With this sleep box rather than a phone clock at her bedside, Zuckerberg's wife won't know how much time she has before her daughters wake up, which can cause stress and racing thoughts. Click here to learn more about Zuckerberg's successful invention.
