Laughter is the best medicine, and with flu season upon us we need to do everything in our power to keep our households healthy. Especially when it comes to the men in our lives.

One mom gives us a healthy dose of laughter in her hilarious narrative of a “man flu” season. This particular illness resulted in an ambulance ride for her husband as she drove behind him puking out the window herself.

She breaks out the experience into seven stages, bringing you to tears of laughter with each one. Here is a preview of what to expect, but in order to get your full dose of laughter today see the full story here.

Stage 1: Give this man a chance. Try the sweet approach.

‘Ok babe. You’re going to be fine. Just go to the bathroom and try to relax.’

Did he take my advice? Nope. First stop is our kitchen sink. He pukes all over a week’s worth of dirty dishes. He’s obnoxiously loud when he’s barfing to make sure I know this is the real deal. The neighbors know it’s the real deal. The next town over knows too. Cue me hating my life.

Don’t forget to share this good laugh with your girlfriends as we all prepare for flu season this year.
