Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Big Announcement

The newest royal baby is expected to arrive Spring 2019.

Confirmation that the royal couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, are expecting their first child came from Kensington Palace on Monday.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” Kensington Palace said in a statement.

The couple has openly spoke about starting a family, and their love for children is often a seen during their official outings around the world.

Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, issued a statement via Kensington Palace, saying: “Ms. Ragland is very happy about this lovely news and she looks forward to welcoming her first grandchild.”

The newest royal baby will join Prince William and Kate Middleton’s three children, cousins Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. The announcement has brought much excitement across the globe as the world prepares to watch these cousins grow, just like it has watched their fathers.
