As I began to pack away the newborn clothes, I remember asking myself how that sweet newborn baby stage was gone. It happened in what seemed to be just the blink of an eye. There is nothing like the smell of a newborn or the excitement of watching them sleep. The great news for mom and baby is that with each stage comes learning, growing, and joy for both.
Once those newborn clothes are packed away, you will be met with the not-so-newborn stage. This stage will bring on the chunky baby legs, giggles and a confident mama whose baby is in awe of her every move. These simple joys will make saying goodbye to the newborn days not so bad, and as you pack away each set of clothes every few months (or weeks in some cases) you will find that each stage of your baby’s life will bring all the beautiful moments you have been dreaming of as a mother.
