You Can Still Have Babies After 35

Despite past warnings about having a baby after 35, many women are waiting past this age anyway. The current culture is seeing much later marriages, which means later babies. And starting a family later in life can allow women to work on their careers first or develop financial security.
For some women, Moms.com claims, having a baby past 35 is not more challenging. Some moms in their 30s and 40s are still healthy enough to give birth. According to the National Center for Health Statistics, the number of women having children in their 40s is increasing more rapidly than any other age group.
