After Nick Herbert’s son, Ben, got a smartphone the issue of him not responding to his father’s messages became so irritating that Herbert developed an app to address this common parental frustration.
Parents can now use the ReplyASAP app to send their children messages that will lock the child’s phone until they respond, and it will provide the sender the recipient’s location. Genius!
“During the development process, I spoke to Ben and showed him the designs and thinking behind the app and he likes the idea because he will know that if he gets one of these messages then he will always hear it and will know it’s important,” Herbert wrote on the app’s website.
ReplyASAP is currently available for Android devices and is coming soon for iOS. More on this story here.
