After a mother struggling to care for her malnourished baby arrived at Sister Maria Ludovica Children's Hospital, mother and police officer Celeste Ayala decided to take matters into her own hands.
In an incredible act of love, Celeste was captured cradling, soothing and breastfeeding the malnourished baby.
